AI-Enabled Solutions Developer – Cloud Engineer 3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the Program Management Portal utilizing contemporary web frameworks and database technologies.

• Create cross-platform mobile applications with React Native or comparable frameworks.

• Utilize AI-enhanced development tools to expedite solution delivery.

• Convert business requirements into application architecture and functional specifications.

• Design and establish database schemas, APIs, and integration points with existing business systems.

• Engage in rapid prototyping to validate concepts with stakeholders.

• Debug, test, and refine AI-generated code to ensure quality and performance.

• Generate technical documentation for developed solutions.

• Collaborate with program managers to pinpoint automation opportunities and enhance efficiency.

• Assist in integrations with enterprise tools such as Smartsheet, financial systems, and reporting platforms.

• Maintain and improve existing applications based on user feedback and changing requirements.

• Research, design, develop, and/or modify enterprise-wide systems and application software.

• Participate in planning for system deployment and ensure compliance with software standards.

• Document testing and maintenance of system corrections.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent along with 9 years of relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in software development or technical solution delivery.

• Expertise in modern web development frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).

• Experience in mobile application development (React Native, Flutter, or native).

• Working knowledge of database design and SQL.

• Familiarity with API development (REST, GraphQL).

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted coding tools.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for translating complex requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled coding tools for developing external applications that support program functions such as finance, deliverables, procurement, staffing, and risk tracking.

• Experience working within AWS GovCloud IL4/IL5 environments (CMMC Level 1/2).

• Practical software development experience focused on building and deploying scalable solutions.

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and pipelines.

• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with a portal team of 4–5 members for front-end/back-end support, onboarding, training, and CI/CD efforts.

• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration, updates, and cross-team awareness.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
