AI-Enabled Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Define and implement a product vision focused on AI and custom software, creating a comprehensive roadmap that aligns with client objectives and Future Works’ standards.

• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, managing the design, development, and deployment phases to deliver high-quality custom applications seamlessly.

• Coordinate and align design and development teams, ensuring that all project phases progress as planned and meet client expectations regarding functionality, usability, and visual appeal.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to incorporate AI capabilities, strategically identifying areas where AI can provide the most value to custom software and applications.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, collecting feedback, and refining requirements in response to client needs.

• Set KPIs and benchmarks, diligently tracking design and development progress to maintain high delivery standards and consistent quality.

• Promote a culture of iteration, leveraging data and feedback to enhance PDLC processes and foster innovation in AI-driven custom application development.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management with practical involvement across all phases of the PDLC, particularly in delivering custom software solutions that incorporate AI.

• Proven experience managing and coordinating intricate design and development lifecycles from initial concept to final launch.

• Strong grasp of AI concepts (LLMs, machine learning, NLP, data analytics) and software development methodologies, with the capacity to convey technical requirements to design and development teams.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, including design, development, and engineering, to deliver products on schedule.

• Proficient in establishing client relationships, transforming requirements into actionable deliverables, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and needs.

• Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate product performance, interpret data, and make informed decisions that enhance products and outcomes.

• 5-7+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams for digital products.

• Familiarity with our project software suite. **(GSuite, Clickup, Figma, Jira)
