This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Management of calendars and schedules
• Oversight of emails and inboxes
• Coordination of meetings and follow-ups
• Management of tasks and time
• Administration of CRM and databases
• Conducting research and generating reports
• Coordination of projects
• Providing executive support as needed
• Utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) for drafting emails, summarizing information, and enhancing workflows
• Employing prompt engineering techniques to obtain high-quality outputs from AI tools
• Identifying repetitive tasks and automating processes whenever feasible
• Setting up and managing tool integrations (e.g., Zapier, Make, API-based workflows)
• Optimizing workflows across platforms such as Asana, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
• Maintaining and enhancing internal systems for improved efficiency and scalability
• Assisting executives in utilizing AI for enhanced decision-making and productivity
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in Financial, Tech, Legal, VC, or startup settings
• At least 1 year of experience working the graveyard shift (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience (Required)
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Intermediate skills in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
• Strong experience with tools such as Asana, Slack, and Zoom
• Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) is highly preferred
• Experience using AI tools and prompt engineering is highly preferred
• Proficient in managing emails and calendars through Gmail or Outlook
• Typing speed of at least 60 WPM
• Must be based in the Philippines (Required)
