This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the overall planning, purchasing, and logistics processes, ensuring high efficiency and proactive problem-solving.
• Oversee departmental P&L, streamline cost centers, and enhance supply chain KPIs while maintaining agility and service levels.
• Promote the use of automation tools and AI agents to simplify forecasting, PO generation, inventory management, and risk mitigation.
• Manage the entire supply chain process—from sourcing to delivery—including product labeling and packaging approvals across compliance, legal, and design teams.
• Synchronize demand forecasts with sales and marketing strategies, incorporating campaign insights and real-time data.
• Direct supply and PO planning with manufacturers in the US and China, optimizing lead times and minimum order quantities (MOQs).
• Oversee inventory management across internal systems, 3PLs, and Amazon FBA, ensuring timely replenishment and maintaining healthy turnover rates.
• Conduct research and assess manufacturers based on quality, reliability, and cost metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development, Launch, Marketing, Sales, and the Amazon team to align supply chain inputs with business objectives.
• A Bachelor's degree is required (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or IT).
• 4-5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or materials management is necessary.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills with a proven ability to drive planning and execution across various departments (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales, Compliance).
• Hands-on experience in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning is essential.
• Experience in supporting new product launches and product lifecycle planning is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MRP, APS, and ERP systems is required.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP); familiarity with SQL and/or Microsoft Access is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and scenario planning capabilities with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or project management methodologies is preferred (Green Belt or equivalent is a plus).
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and implement solutions in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
• Comfortable with adopting or exploring automation and AI tools for process improvement.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% as required.
