AI Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborating closely with the CEO, you will serve as the architect of the AI vision.

• Lead and mentor the Task Force, which includes engineers, developers, and data scientists.

• Work alongside department heads to pinpoint automation opportunities.

• Design and manage large-scale change management strategies.

• Assist the sales team with high-level presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in technology or services management, demonstrating the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency or consulting environment is essential.

• Extensive background in driving large-scale digital or AI transformations.

• Strong comprehension of the GenAI ecosystem and its practical applications for addressing business challenges.

• Proven success in managing high-performing technical and creative teams.

• Demonstrated capability to navigate organizational resistance effectively.

• Experience with public speaking at industry events and crafting strategic content.

• Ability to quickly establish credibility with C-level stakeholders.
