AI Development Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions utilizing the Hatz AI platform as the primary tool.

• Act as the key deployment resource for customer AI inquiries, executing the technical implementation of AI Agents, Workflows, and Applications in live environments.

• Maintain a high level of expertise with the Hatz AI platform, which serves as NetCov's main AI solution.

• Address troubleshooting requests for customer-managed Co-Pilot and Claude deployments while assisting customers in optimizing their current Microsoft and Anthropic AI investments.

• Ensure that data management practices comply with customer requirements, privacy laws, and NetCov security protocols; identify areas needing project work or vendor assistance.

• Oversee and respond to customer-related AI support tickets in HaloPSA, evaluating scope, classification, and platform selection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in deploying AI/ML solutions or similar technical implementations within production settings.

• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering principles, AI security best practices, and data governance issues.

• Experience with customer data sources and challenges related to data quality; familiarity with ETL/ELT processes or API-driven data connections.

• Knowledge of ticketing and service management systems (experience with HaloPSA is a plus).

• Excellent technical communication abilities for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Self-motivated problem-solver comfortable in a fast-paced, growing team environment.

• Working knowledge of or a quick ability to learn various AI platforms and their associated tools.
