AI Developer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and scale AI and GenAI solutions.

• Work collaboratively with AI Architects, AI Product Managers, and business stakeholders to convert initiatives into production-ready functionalities.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of Cencora’s internal GenAI platforms and AI-driven products.

• Facilitate data-driven decision-making, intelligent automation, and digital workflows throughout the organization.

• Provide new AI and GenAI capabilities that enhance business value, modernize essential processes, and hasten innovation in the global healthcare B2B marketplace.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of engineering experience with practical development in AI/ML and GenAI solutions.

• Strong expertise in Python and/or .NET for creating AI-enabled services and applications.

• Proven experience in developing and integrating LLM-based systems, which includes prompt engineering, orchestration, and evaluation.

• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms such as Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools.

• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps concepts, including model lifecycle management, monitoring, and operational support.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment along with strong technical communication skills.
