AI Developer – Data Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Work autonomously, executing tasks with minimal oversight.

• Effectively communicate and document progress for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Clearly and efficiently report and present updates to colleagues and management.

• Engage in peer reviews, contribute ideas, and support team success.

• Grasp the characteristics of domain data sets to generate similar data sets as needed.

• Design and develop AI systems to create image-based datasets.

• Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, product managers, business teams, and architecture teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 3 years of industry experience working on multidisciplinary image-based projects in engineering or scientific fields.

• Both theoretical and practical experience in machine learning.

• Familiarity with business team requirements.

• Proven experience in implementing and assessing machine learning models.

• Proficient in applying deep neural networks to vision-related challenges.

• Comfortable enhancing existing code and refining current models.

• Background in creating and managing datasets, ideally large datasets.

• Experience in manipulating and analyzing data from various sources.

• Capable of writing clean, reusable, and production-ready code.

• Knowledgeable in Python and deep learning frameworks such as Caffe, Keras, TensorFlow, Pytorch, numpy, and sklearn.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Enjoy teamwork and collaboration with others.

• Able to navigate uncertainty and adapt to changing environments.

• Possess a positive and tenacious attitude.

• Passionate about self-educating in new technologies, algorithms, and techniques.
