This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain full-stack web applications from inception to deployment.

• Create scalable applications leveraging Next.js, React, Svelte, and Python.

• Construct internal business tools and operational dashboards to enhance business efficiency.

• Integrate external platforms utilizing REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and API keys.

• Design clear, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces with a focus on usability.

• Take ownership of projects throughout the entire development lifecycle, from architecture and backend logic to polished frontend delivery.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business challenges into effective technical solutions.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools as a fundamental aspect of the daily workflow to speed up delivery while ensuring quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in full-stack development.

• Proficient in Next.js, React, Svelte, and Python.

• Experience in building and utilizing REST APIs.

• Practical knowledge of webhooks, API keys, and SaaS integrations.

• Strong grasp of application architecture, data modeling, and scalable development methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.

• AI-assisted development should be a regular component of the workflow.

• Capable of creating functional and visually appealing interfaces.

• Solid understanding of UX principles and design considerations.

• Experience in building well-crafted internal tools.

• Comfortable managing a product from planning through to final implementation without the need for separate design handoffs.

• Able to work independently and assume ownership of tasks.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality.

• Capable of balancing speed with thoughtful engineering decisions.
