📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with teams and clients to pinpoint high-impact opportunities for AI and workflow automation.

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents and intelligent systems in production settings.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insights into workflows, pain points, and business needs.

• Convert intricate business issues into feasible technical solutions.

• Quickly prototype concepts and refine them based on real-world feedback.

• Integrate AI solutions with current systems, applications, and data sources.

• Create reusable frameworks and components that expedite future AI projects.

• Track adoption, performance, and effectiveness of implemented solutions.

• Work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams to achieve significant outcomes.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies and identify avenues for their application.

• Proficient Python developer with a background in building production-grade applications.

• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and contemporary LLM frameworks.

• Comfortable developing solutions in environments where requirements shift rapidly.

• Excellent problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous situations.

• Strong communicator capable of effective collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Enthusiastic about creating products that deliver real-world value.

• Nice to Have: Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, MLflow, or related AI technologies.

• Background in developing and deploying AI agents or workflow automation solutions.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Proficient in integrating APIs, databases, and third-party systems.

• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or other rapidly growing technology environments.

• Proven track record of taking solutions from prototype to production.
