This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Create and develop advanced AI solutions utilizing Microsoft AI technologies and services.

• Construct and set up intelligent AI agents that provide seamless, conversational user experiences.

• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, business workflows, and Microsoft platforms.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities and outline solution strategies.

• Assess emerging AI capabilities and suggest practical applications that align with business goals.

• Develop proof-of-concept projects, prototypes, and fully operational AI solutions.

• Assist in the design and execution of AI-driven business processes and automation initiatives.

• Offer technical expertise on AI architecture, governance, security, and established best practices.

• Create and sustain technical documentation, implementation strategies, and solution proposals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing AI-driven applications, copilots, virtual assistants, or agent-based solutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.

• Practical experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot technologies, Microsoft 365, and related platforms.

• Experience in integrating AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, and business workflows.

• Strong software development proficiency using languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar.

• Knowledge of AI security, governance, and responsible AI principles.

• Proven ability to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.
