AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of an AI Developer (m/f/d), you will elevate our products by utilizing Large Language Models.

• Collaborating with our team, you will create innovative features that enhance customer experiences and revolutionize daily email workflows.

• Design intelligent solutions using LangChain, LangGraph & Co. to automate email processes and offer personalized support.

• Construct high-performance AI systems on Microsoft Azure, implement CI/CD for models, and guarantee optimal availability through monitoring and enhancements.

• Conduct independent evaluations of new LLM frameworks, contemporary web stacks (Node.js, Nest.js, FastAPI), and vector databases (Weaviate, Qdrant, Azure AI Search) — from initial prototypes to full production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLM projects: A minimum of 3 years in developing and managing Large Language Models within an enterprise setting.

• Strong coding skills: Proficient in Python and TypeScript, with additional confidence in Node.js, Nest.js, or FastAPI.

• Tool knowledge: Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, tool-augmented generation, and advanced prompt engineering techniques.

• Cloud expertise: Azure professional—you are knowledgeable about the strategies for reliable, scalable AI implementations and continuously refine them.

• Agile mindset: You thrive on complex challenges, freely share your knowledge, and collaborate closely following agile methodologies.

• Language skills: Proficiency in German at a minimum B2 level, both written and spoken.
