AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As an AI Developer (m/f/d) at Axontic, you will enhance our products using Large Language Models.

• Collaborating with our team, you will create innovative features that captivate customers and transform daily email workflows.

• Develop intelligent solutions utilizing LangChain, LangGraph & Co. to automate email processes and offer personalized assistance.

• Construct high-performance AI systems on Microsoft Azure, implement CI/CD for models, and ensure optimal availability through monitoring and optimization.

• Independently assess new LLM frameworks, contemporary web stacks (Node.js, Nest.js, FastAPI), and vector databases (Weaviate, Qdrant, Azure AI Search) — from prototype to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical LLM project experience: A minimum of 3 years in developing and operating Large Language Models within a corporate setting.

• Strong programming skills: Proficient in Python and TypeScript; additionally, confident in Node.js, Nest.js, or FastAPI.

• Tool expertise: Knowledgeable in LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, tool-augmented generation, and advanced prompt engineering.

• Cloud affinity: Azure professional: You are familiar with strategies for reliable, scalable AI deployments and continuously improve them.

• Agile team mindset: You thrive on tackling complex challenges, share your knowledge openly, and work collaboratively following agile principles.

• Language proficiency: German skills at a minimum of B2 level, both written and spoken.
