AI Developer Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Lead and expand the AI developer community at TensorOps.

• Foster relationships with developers, speakers, event organizers, and partners.

• Organize regular meetups and workshops.

• Enhance repeat attendance and assist members in becoming contributors, speakers, and organizers.

• Transform technical projects, architectural choices, and lessons learned into clear articles, tutorials, and presentations while maintaining client confidentiality.

• Develop functional AI demonstrations and conduct practical sessions that clarify implementation choices and trade-offs.

• Present at conferences and engage with relevant communities.

• Incorporate valuable community feedback into the TensorOps team.

• Collaborate directly with engineers to identify insights, create examples, and disseminate them through content, workshops, and discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in building and delivering software professionally.

• Proficient in writing code, troubleshooting issues, and articulating architectural trade-offs.

• Capability to independently develop AI applications and discuss their limitations, architecture, and practical challenges.

• Proficient in teaching technical subjects to audiences in both English and Portuguese.

• Background in building or contributing to a technical community, meetup series, or open-source project.

• Ability to take an idea from topic selection to demo, content creation, and event execution.

• Prior experience in Developer Relations is advantageous but not mandatory.

• No specific years of experience required.
