This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Produce unique illustrations for branding, campaigns, editorial materials, social media, and digital experiences.

• Create character-driven stories, visual narrative frameworks, and concept-focused illustration work.

• Adhere to existing brand and illustration guidelines, ensuring style consistency and accuracy.

• Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance concept development, visual exploration, and the illustration process.

• Incorporate AI-generated elements into projects while preserving artistic direction and brand integrity.

• Explore new AI workflows and share insights with the wider creative team.

• Collaborate with creatives, project managers, and clients to transform briefs into refined visual results.

• Relate illustration choices to overarching brand, campaign, and storytelling objectives.

• Quickly iterate based on feedback while upholding a high standard of craftsmanship.

• Oversee multiple projects, balancing independent initiative with cross-functional collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional illustration experience with a portfolio highlighting strong conceptual and narrative abilities.

• Strong foundation in drawing, including anatomy, composition, perspective, form, and visual storytelling.

• Demonstrated capability to operate within established brand frameworks and illustration standards.

• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant illustration software.

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools integrated into a professional creative process.

• Competence in developing consistent illustration systems, character libraries, and scalable visual assets.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to high-quality outputs.

• Exceptional English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within distributed teams.

• A collaborative approach with a willingness to accept feedback, iterate, and experiment.
