AI Content Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete production schedules for AI-generated content initiatives, starting from brief intake to final delivery.

• Facilitate daily coordination among creative technologists, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project scope and timelines.

• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and prioritization across several simultaneous projects.

• Develop and sustain production trackers and workflows that can scale with increasing project volume.

• Conduct quality assurance on final deliverables to ensure they meet the brief, brand guidelines, and quality standards before submission to the client.

• Lead client-facing status updates, manage rounds of revisions, and oversee approval processes.

• Arrange for freelance or contractor talent as necessary.

• Assist in documenting and enhancing production processes as tools and workflows develop.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in digital production, content production, or creative production within an agency, studio, or in-house setting.

• Proven ability to manage multi-workstream production schedules under tight deadlines.

• Excellent organizational skills paired with proactive communication with clients and creative teams.

• Comfortable working with fast-moving, evolving toolsets and pipelines (experience with direct AI content tools is advantageous but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with production and project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, Monday, or Trello.

• Experience in managing vendors, freelancers, and budgets.

• Strong remote work habits and the ability to collaborate asynchronously across different time zones.

• Nice to Have: Prior experience with AI-generated imagery or video production.

• Experience working with clients in sectors such as luxury, hospitality, real estate, or architecture.

• A background in building or scaling production processes for an expanding content pipeline.
