This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Initiate and oversee AI-driven content workflows to generate high-quality, SEO-optimized articles and other materials at scale.

• Assess, proofread, and edit AI-generated content to guarantee grammatical precision and factual integrity.

• Continuously enhance and optimize AI generation prompts and templates to improve the relevance and quality of the AI's output.

• Implement SEO best practices across all content to maximize visibility in search engines.

• Broaden the audience of existing content by leveraging AI to transform and reformat it into new versions.

• Create and uphold editorial guidelines and style standards for AI-generated materials.

• Activate automated publishing processes and ensure punctual publication schedules for all content.

• Remain informed about the latest trends in AI content creation and content marketing developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in content editing, copywriting, and content production, ideally in technology, SaaS, or digital marketing sectors.

• Practical experience with generative AI tools and large language models (e.g., ChatGPT/GPT-4, Jasper, etc.).

• Advanced skills in prompt engineering to direct AI in generating high-quality content, along with the capability to troubleshoot or refine prompts for improved outcomes. Familiarity with AI content detection and optimization strategies is advantageous.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Comprehensive understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content creation.

• Expertise in content management systems such as WordPress.

• Knowledge of the web hosting industry, WordPress, and associated technologies is a significant advantage.

• Proven ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and content styles.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
