This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Design, create, and sustain AI-driven workflows and automation systems.

• Develop AI agents and process automations utilizing Claude, OpenAI, and similar platforms.

• Establish integrations between AI systems and third-party platforms through APIs.

• Aid in the implementation of retrieval systems, prompt frameworks, and AI-enhanced workflows.

• Analyze operational processes to uncover opportunities for automation.

• Optimize repetitive tasks using AI and workflow automation tools.

• Enhance efficiency, reporting, and scalability of operations through automation initiatives.

• Provide support to departments for AI enablement and workflow optimization.

• Incorporate AI tools into CRMs, project management systems, communication tools, and internal platforms.

• Assist in AI testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and monitoring.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for AI workflows, prompts, and automation logic.

• A minimum of 2.5 years of experience in automation, AI workflows, software development, or related areas.

• Practical experience with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or comparable LLMs.

• Proven experience in building AI agents, prompts, and workflow automations.

• Familiarity with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make.com, LangChain, Retool, and Airtable.

• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

• Basic to intermediate programming skills in Python or JavaScript.
