This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +4 more countries.
• Implement and enhance the enterprise AI governance framework, converting AI policy and regulatory requirements into actionable and repeatable governance procedures.
• Oversee AI governance initiatives across Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, IT, and business units.
• Administer the comprehensive AI Impact Assessment process for new or significantly altered AI use cases, which includes facilitation, cross-functional review, approval, and management of the repository.
• Ensure that AI assessments consider privacy, fairness/bias, explainability, security, and regulatory factors.
• Maintain the AI regulatory register, keep an eye on emerging AI regulations, and assist in updating AI policies, standards, and templates.
• Aid in AI-specific third-party due diligence in collaboration with Legal and Procurement, while also tracking vendor AI systems.
• Assist the Enterprise AI Council by preparing submissions, risk documentation, and monitoring decisions, conditions, and corrective actions.
• Over 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, governance, privacy, technology risk, or internal audit.
• Strong familiarity with GDPR, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and evolving AI regulations.
• In-depth understanding of risk-based governance and regulatory compliance principles.
• Experience functioning within complex, regulated, global organizations.
• Ability to translate policy and regulatory requirements into operational processes.
• Nice-to-have: experience in AI, analytics, or automated decision-making governance.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with third-party risk management or vendor due diligence.
• Nice-to-have: background in a law firm, legal operations, or legal technology environment.
• Nice-to-have: practical experience with LLMs, automation platforms, OCR tools, or analytics platforms.
• Nice-to-have: experience in marketing automation, lead generation systems, or optimization of paid ads.
• Nice-to-have: experience with chatbots, call automation, or client intake systems.
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of document automation, legal research tools, or eDiscovery platforms.
• Nice-to-have: basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or no-code/low-code solutions.
• Nice-to-have: experience in creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Nice-to-have: understanding of data privacy, compliance, and security issues in AI implementation.
• Nice-to-have: previous consulting, operations, or innovation-oriented experience.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection, ideally 25 MBPS or above, with a backup option.
• Personal PC/laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM, specified processor or equivalent, supported operating system, updated browsers and security software, and sufficient storage.
