AI Chief of Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and manage our key client relationships. Step into priority accounts and establish yourself as the trusted executive for these clients regarding all matters related to AI.

• Transform vision into an engaging roadmap. Develop AI transformation strategies tailored to each client's unique business needs, including their financial metrics, priorities, and performance indicators.

• Drive progress between meetings. Ensure that complex changes continue to evolve even when no one at the client organization is incentivized to champion the initiative.

• Expand the relationships under your leadership. As you delve deeper, identify areas where Pragmatico can enhance value, define the scope of that work, and present it to the client.

• Relay insights from the field back to the team. You will serve as our eyes and ears with clients, and the information you gather will inform our product and service offerings.

• Build the function, if you wish. You will refine the AI Chief of Staff playbook as you progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, with recent hands-on experience in AI transformation.

• You have successfully facilitated working sessions with C-suite executives, ensuring they leave feeling accomplished. You command the room without overshadowing others.

• You quickly become adept at understanding a new client's business, including their P&L, revenue model, cost structure, key performance indicators, and the dynamics of their executive team. You have applied this knowledge across various industries.

• You create high-quality executive-level materials suitable for board presentations.

• You maintain momentum in complex engagements even when there are no financial incentives for client-side stakeholders to drive them.

• You recognize opportunities during client discussions—identifying subtle remarks that can lead to significant new engagements, and you are comfortable with scoping and pricing them.
