AI Business Value Advisor

📋 Description

• Facilitate business discovery workshops with executives and operational teams to uncover challenges, inefficiencies, and AI opportunities.

• Evaluate and redesign business processes, decision flows, and operational models.

• Develop and prioritize AI use-case portfolios based on feasibility, business impact, risk, and readiness for adoption.

• Establish business cases, KPIs, anticipated benefits, and quantifiable success criteria.

• Convert business needs into precise requirements, process designs, and adoption roadmaps for technical teams.

• Support stakeholders throughout the implementation process, monitoring adoption and verifying business results.

• Collaborate with business leaders, AI Engineers, Architects, and delivery teams to transform complex business challenges into actionable AI projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience with significant expertise in a specific industry or business function.

• A robust background in business consulting, digital transformation, operational enhancement, or business strategy.

• Demonstrated experience leading business discovery, process redesign, and stakeholder workshops.

• Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and convert business opportunities into measurable transformation initiatives.

• Strong experience in managing executive stakeholders and collaborating across functions.

• Practical knowledge of GenAI, AI agents, RAG, automation, and enterprise AI applications.

• Skills in business process mapping, operating-model design, and requirements gathering.

• Expertise in AI use-case identification, prioritization frameworks, and assessing business value.

• Competence in KPI definition, business case formulation, and value measurement.

• Capability to translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps for technical and delivery teams.

• Familiarity with AI operating models, Human in Command principles, or AI governance is a plus.

• Understanding of value realization, financial modeling, or benefits management is a plus.

• Experience in regulated or operationally complex industries is advantageous.

• Background in supporting pre-sales discovery, executive advisory, or consulting engagements is a plus.
