
AI & Business Transformation Lead β EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Provide strategic advice to C-suite executives regarding AI and platform strategies, ensuring alignment with Boomi's data activation and Agentic AI capabilities to address their key business objectives.
β’ Direct the commercial strategy for strategic initiatives, facilitating executive-level discovery and crafting insight-driven narratives that reshape investment choices.
β’ Develop comprehensive business cases that connect Boomi's platform to quantifiable P&L impacts, including modeling for NPV, IRR, and payback periods.
β’ Collaborate with sales teams to generate new and expansion revenue, aiding in account planning and integrating AI go-to-market strategies across major accounts.
β’ Establish and implement frameworks for value realization in partnership with Customer Success and Professional Services to verify outcomes following sales.
β’ Document learnings from the deal cycle to create scalable go-to-market best practices that span sales, marketing, and product functions.
β’ Significant experience in management consulting (finance preferred), sales strategy, or enterprise software, particularly within cloud or AI-focused consultative sales.
β’ Established executive presence with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder purchasing processes.
β’ History of producing business cases based on financial modeling, including NPV, IRR, and payback period analyses.
β’ Experience in orchestrating intricate deals across cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Partnerships.
β’ Capacity to perform effectively at both strategic and tactical levels in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
β’ Willingness to travel as needed.
