This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations, minimize manual tasks, and enhance productivity within the People organization.
• Analyze existing workflows, pinpoint core issues, and redesign processes prior to automation.
• Develop and sustain automation workflows predominantly within the Microsoft ecosystem, which includes Copilot, Power Automate, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and associated AI functionalities, while also utilizing platforms like Zapier or others as needed based on business requirements, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Integrate systems across HR, recruitment, training, communications, and operational workflows.
• Design scalable workflows that are dependable, measurable, maintainable, and secure.
• Continuously assess, enhance, and refine solutions post-launch.
• Collaborate with People leaders and stakeholders to uncover high-impact AI use cases in everyday tasks.
• Assist employees in adopting and maximizing the solutions you develop by documenting workflows and effectively enabling users.
• Convert technical concepts into straightforward, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
• Aid in establishing scalable AI practices and operational standards within the People organization.
• Evaluate process quality, documentation standards, and data readiness to facilitate scalable automation.
• Contribute to enhancing operational consistency and workflow clarity across the People function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and elevate employee experience.
• Support governance, documentation, and operational best practices concerning AI-enabled workflows.
• Proven experience in mapping, redesigning, and enhancing business processes.
• Practical experience in building automation workflows using platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Zapier, n8n, Make, or other similar automation ecosystems.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and business systems.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or other similar technologies in real business scenarios.
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to partner effectively with stakeholders.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and contributing to the development of new capabilities within a growing organization.
• Ability to pragmatically assess and recommend automation and AI tools based on business impact, user experience, scalability, security, and cost.
• Nice to Have: Experience in a SaaS or technology company, familiarity with HR systems, recruitment platforms, LMS tools, or collaboration systems, experience in measuring automation impact such as time savings, adoption rates, quality improvements, or error reduction, exposure to change management, enablement, or process documentation initiatives, experience in supporting AI governance or operational enablement programs.
