AI Business Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Execute targeted outreach initiatives to organizations considering AI integration — including sequences, follow-ups, and responses to potential clients.

• Assist in the onboarding process for clients using AI tools (such as Qurio) — managing schedules, coordinating access, and monitoring who is set up and actively using the tools.

• Compose communications for clients: meeting summaries, status updates, check-in emails, and project overviews utilizing AI tools.

• Take ownership of all follow-ups — ensuring no lead goes cold and no client is left waiting.

• Monitor ongoing AI implementation projects — staying informed about what is in progress, what obstacles exist, and what the next steps are.

• Generate and plan content for LinkedIn and other platforms — creating posts and updates related to AI agent applications to bolster outbound initiatives.

• Develop inbound content — producing thought leadership articles, case studies, and blog posts that highlight FocusKPI's work in AI and attract inbound inquiries.

• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or others) to streamline repetitive tasks within research, writing, and operational workflows.

• You actively utilize AI in your daily tasks — employing genuine shortcuts that save valuable time, rather than just having a ChatGPT tab open occasionally.

• You possess an understanding of AI agents and their applications — while you don't need to create them, you should be able to engage in intelligent discussions about them with clients.

• Exceptional written English skills — you will be responsible for drafting client-facing emails, summaries, and updates from day one.

• Well-organized and proactive — you manage your own responsibilities, follow up without reminders, and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.

• You act swiftly and adapt — avoiding overthinking before taking action, and making quick adjustments when something isn’t effective.

• Comfortable navigating uncertainty — priorities can shift in a dynamic startup environment; you adapt without requiring detailed instructions.

• College student or recent graduate — your curiosity and drive are far more important than formal qualifications or years of experience.
