This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge business intelligence and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Create enterprise dashboards, scorecards, reports, semantic models, data marts, and reporting datasets.
• Establish KPIs, metrics, executive reports, reusable datasets, documentation, and self-service reporting experiences.
• Design, implement, and launch AI agents, Copilot solutions, and generative AI workflows.
• Identify and assess AI opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, knowledge management, customer service, and productivity.
• Monitor and consistently enhance the performance, accuracy, usability, and business value of AI solutions.
• Develop secure integrations between applications, databases, APIs, cloud services, and reporting platforms.
• Design ETL/ELT processes and optimize SQL queries, data models, and data pipelines.
• Support data governance, metadata management, data quality standards, documentation, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Implement role-based security measures and access controls.
• Provide counsel to business leaders, conduct workshops, and offer technical guidance and mentorship.
• Produce documentation, training materials, and best practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development, security, and business teams.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Understanding of business intelligence, data modeling, and reporting principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with SQL, relational database structures, and ETL/ELT data integration methods.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and generative AI solutions.
• Awareness of data governance, information security, privacy regulations, and responsible AI practices.
• Proficiency in business process analysis, workflow design, and automation methodologies.
• Expertise in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and semantic data models.
• Skill in designing and deploying AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows.
• Competence in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries while integrating multiple data sources.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficient in communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capability to troubleshoot issues related to reporting, data quality, and AI solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and devise AI-driven solutions.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently and accurately.
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in developing business intelligence, analytics, or data solutions.
• Experience with the implementation of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI services, or similar AI technologies.
• Preferred: experience with data pipelines and curated datasets.
• Preferred: familiarity with Power BI and Power Platform.
• Preferred: experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Azure Data Factory.
• Preferred: experience with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Freshservice, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Preferred: proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Preferred: knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Preferred: relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Preferred: ability to communicate effectively in American Sign Language (ASL).
