This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Analyze current processes, uncover automation and optimization possibilities, and create comprehensive workflows that minimize manual tasks and enhance consistency across GTM and operations.

• Design and implement AI agents, copilots, and automation tools that facilitate daily operations—integrating AI into existing frameworks to improve decision-making and execution, treating it as an essential component rather than an add-on.

• Integrate tools, data sources, and workflows throughout the technology stack to ensure smooth data transfer between systems and allow for real-time insights and actions.

• Develop scalable structures for constructing, maintaining, and enhancing workflows—establishing best practices for automation governance and performance tracking to enable others to operate and build upon what you create.

• Track workflow performance, iterate rapidly based on user feedback and operational outcomes, translating vague stakeholder challenges into organized, actionable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in constructing production workflows using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or similar tools.

• Hands-on experience applying AI and LLM tools to real-world operational workflows—including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source models—with at least one concrete deployed example to discuss.

• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to connect processes, data, and tools into cohesive, integrated solutions.

• Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and effectively translating information between the two.

• Proven ability to transition rapidly from idea to prototype to production, emphasizing simplification and measurable outcomes.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in workflow automation, AI operations, RevOps, or a technical GTM or systems role.
