AI Automation Specialist – Claude, Accounting Workflows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, and sustain AI-driven bookkeeping and accounting agents utilizing Claude and associated technologies.

• Develop intelligent workflows to automate mundane accounting and operational tasks.

• Construct modular, multi-agent systems that collaboratively function as a scalable platform.

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance automation and boost business efficiency.

• Quickly convert business concepts into actionable, production-ready AI solutions.

• Develop AI systems to automate transaction coding and categorization, bookkeeping workflows, receipt and document processing, data extraction and validation, client information collection, reporting processes, and more.

• Integrate AI solutions with accounting platforms such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, etc.

• Design secure, scalable, and dependable automation infrastructure with suitable governance and access controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating AI-driven workflows, agents, or automation systems (minimum 2-3 years).

• Extensive experience with Claude and Claude Code.

• Proficient in designing and deploying agent-based or multi-agent systems.

• Strong grasp of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development.

• Experience in developing practical AI solutions for real-world business scenarios.

• Practical experience with Python, APIs, workflow automation platforms, and system integrations.

• Solid understanding of workflow architecture, process optimization, and systems design.

• Capability to independently design, implement, deploy, and continuously enhance automation solutions.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
