• The AI Automation Specialist position is centered on developing automation solutions.

• Create automations for client processes based on customer briefs.

• Participate in or assist with Zoom calls where clients outline their automation needs.

• Transform somewhat ambiguous business requirements into effective automation solutions.

• Quickly prototype, build, and deploy automations to production environments.

• Work autonomously with a high degree of initiative and minimal oversight.

• Navigate challenging situations effectively while employing strong critical thinking skills.

• Self-driven operator capable of working independently.

• Comfortable utilizing the client’s existing monitoring/tracking systems for compliance purposes.

• Must provide tangible examples of deployed work during interviews; a portfolio alone is insufficient.

• Experience with Claude Code.

• Familiarity with n8n.

• An AI-native / AI-enabled candidate possessing robust technical skills.

• Knowledge of current monitoring/tracking tools.

• Proficient in Zapier.

• Experience with Apify.

• Understanding of Codex.

• Familiarity with no-code tools.

• Experience with Claude Code, Gumloop, and n8n as applicable to the role.
