AI Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain automation workflows utilizing MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations

• Integrate and automate processes between Notion and HubSpot

• Assist the fulfillment, sales, and marketing teams in automating workflows

• Recognize manual or repetitive tasks and suggest automation solutions

• Document workflows to ensure that automations are dependable and scalable

• Diagnose and enhance existing automations as tools and requirements change

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating automation workflows with AI tools and integrations

• Practical experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) — including setup, configuration, and integration

• Expertise in Notion (databases, automations, API) and HubSpot (workflows, CRM automation)

• Capability to comprehend business processes and convert them into automated solutions

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Availability to work in the MST timezone (Monday – Friday)
