This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct an audit of the firm's current software and technology landscape, documenting system usage, ownership, and business value.
• Analyze and map comprehensive business workflows across client onboarding, document management, research, drafting, billing, reporting, and administration.
• Identify significant automation opportunities and design solutions that enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
• Build integrations between business systems utilizing APIs, webhooks, native connectors, and automation platforms.
• Develop AI-driven workflows and intelligent assistants for research, document review, drafting, administrative tasks, and internal operations.
• Create prompts, templates, documentation, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent use of AI tools.
• Assess overlapping software, suggest consolidation opportunities, and pinpoint potential cost savings.
• Provide training to team members on new systems, automations, and AI workflows.
• Ensure that automations and integrations adhere to confidentiality, privacy, and data security standards.
• Monitor automation performance, document measurable business enhancements, and propose future optimization opportunities.
• Design, implement, and manage automations, integrations, and AI workflows while prioritizing data security and client confidentiality.
• Candidate must be based in the Philippines.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, systems integration, business process improvement, IT consulting, or a related field.
• Practical experience with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, or other similar automation platforms.
• Strong comprehension of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations.
• Experience in designing AI workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or other generative AI platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to confidently present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information with care.
• Disclose any ongoing roles or client engagements.
• Represent this engagement on LinkedIn as 'Independent Contractor.'
• Preferred: experience within a law firm, accounting practice, consulting firm, or other professional services setting.
• Preferred: familiarity with Actionstep, NetDocuments, LexisNexis, Relativity, Harvey AI, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: experience in Python or JavaScript programming.
• Preferred: experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Preferred: experience in user training and technology adoption.
