AI Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and execute automation workflows driven by AI across various business processes.

• Integrate CRM systems, APIs, and automation platforms such as Zapier and Make.

• Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions.

• Develop and enhance chatbots, AI assistants, and prompt systems.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to optimize workflows.

• Monitor the performance of automation processes and continually refine workflows.

• Diagnose and resolve automation errors or inefficiencies.

• Keep abreast of the latest AI tools and industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).

• In-depth knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).

• Familiarity with APIs and integration processes.

• Basic comprehension of workflows, logic, and data structures.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.

• Basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript) are a plus.

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is advantageous.

• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI optimization is a plus.

• Experience in remote work or collaboration with global teams is beneficial.

• Background in marketing automation or operations is a plus.
