AI Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create and execute AI-driven automation workflows throughout various business processes

• Integrate CRM systems, APIs, and automation platforms such as Zapier and Make

• Recognize repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions

• Develop and enhance chatbots, AI assistants, and prompt systems

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and tech teams to optimize workflows

• Track automation performance and strive for continuous workflow improvement

• Diagnose and resolve automation errors or inefficiencies

• Keep abreast of the latest AI tools and trends

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)

• Solid understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

• Experience with APIs and integrations

• Fundamental understanding of workflows, logic, and data structures

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Outstanding communication and documentation skills

• Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript) (Nice to Have)

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI optimization (Nice to Have)

• Experience working remotely or with international teams (Nice to Have)
