• Create the agentic systems that operate within hospitality design, hospitality strategy, and marketing workflows.
• Select the technology stack: determining the tools, agents, integrations, memory architecture, and evaluation harness.
• Document the architecture to ensure it compounds rather than disappears during your absence.
• Develop agents utilizing Claude, ChatGPT, Make, n8n, Zapier, the Claude Agent SDK, and related platforms.
• Maintain integrations across our technology stack including Gmail, Google Workspace, Streak, Xero, WhatsApp, ArchiCAD outputs, WordPress, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Klaviyo.
• Incorporate evaluation and observability into each agent. We need to be alerted when one fails.
• Construct AI-assisted content systems for LinkedIn, Instagram, blogs, EDM, and short-form videos, tailored to each client's brand voice.
• Design the brand voice infrastructure: from founder interviews to voice guides and enforcement layers across all content outputs.
• Create performance reporting pipelines that aggregate data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and organic sources into client-ready insights.
• Design ad creative generation and variation pipelines that are linked to performance feedback loops.
• Develop SEO and AI-search optimization systems (GEO / AEO), which include keyword clustering, content briefs, on-page optimization, and schema markup.
• Establish lead intake systems through the website, WhatsApp, referrals, and inbound emails, with classification and routing mechanisms.
• Create qualification scoring based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), along with the agent layer for drafting initial follow-ups.
• Architect the CRM workflow in Streak: deal stage updates derived from meeting transcripts, proposal follow-up schedules, and pipeline reporting.
• Build fee proposal generation: input a brief, and generate a branded proposal with version control and follow-up logic.
• Design LinkedIn lead-scraping, enrichment, and personalized outreach workflows for Business Development Managers (BDM).
• Develop the trigger logic that determines which deals are handled personally and which are managed by the system.
• Create project workspace generation that activates upon winning a deal: including folder structures, templates, access permissions, programs, and kickoff briefs.
• Design an agent for drafting reverse briefs that transforms kickoff notes into structured project briefs.
• Architect the cost planning workflow: from initial sketches to a v0 cost plan in our FOH/BOH/Services/FFE/Prelims structure, including builder benchmark lookups.
• Establish a budget revision loop for builders: receive revised budgets, reconcile with cost plans, draft client memos, and schedule meetings.
• Manage RFI log, maintain drawing register hygiene, and follow up with subcontractors.
• Build a weekly client status reporting framework for each active project.
• Support the bookkeeping process with automation: triggers for Xero reconciliation, invoice issuance based on milestones, debtor follow-up cadence, and BAS preparation.
• Integrate AI into the daily operations of three businesses.
• Mentor the team on how to effectively use the systems you develop. We are focused on acquiring capability, not just tools.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools, agents, frameworks, and platform changes.
• Propose proactive ideas, test them, and share insights about what succeeded and what did not.
• Recognize where AI complements human judgment versus replacing it, and defend that boundary.
• Ensure AI is woven into daily workflows across all three businesses in a measurable and defensible manner.
• The founder saves significant hours weekly through agent-mediated work.
• Project status reporting, cost plan generation, and client communications are managed through assistive workflows that demonstrate ROI.
• The bookkeeping process (reconciliation, invoicing, debtor follow-up) is enhanced by automation.
• No Filter scales content production without proportional increases in headcount.
• We maintain a documented and defensible AI operating layer owned by the business, not the vendors.
• You possess the ability to design a system and launch the initial version independently. Not just one or the other.
• You have practical experience in building with LLM tools in a production environment, including agents, RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation, and multi-step workflows. The Claude / OpenAI / OSS ecosystem is part of your daily toolkit.
• You have an in-depth understanding of marketing, social media, content production, and growth. You have built or managed marketing systems rather than merely observed them. You recognize what constitutes quality content, which performance metrics are significant, and where AI's impact is felt.
• You comprehend how sales pipelines and CRMs function. You have managed leads through one, drafted proposals, pursued deals, and identified points of friction.
• You have a solid understanding of business operations: project delivery, process design, and the dynamics of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. You have either overseen operations or created systems for someone who does.
• You are comfortable working in a small business environment, where elegance often yields to the necessity of meeting deadlines.
• You can communicate effectively with founders, not just technical staff. You can clarify why an agent is effective, why it failed, and what modifications you would recommend.
• You have strong opinions about tools, architecture, and sequencing. While you are open to being incorrect, you come with a perspective.
• You have a genuine interest in hospitality, design, growth, or creative industries. This is not a generic AI role; context is crucial.
