• Take charge of the setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the GoHighLevel CRM.

• Develop and sustain automations, workflows, and sales pipelines to enhance lead management and conversion rates.

• Integrate Claude AI and various AI tools into daily business operations to boost efficiency and productivity.

• Assist with AI-driven content creation and marketing automation projects.

• Oversee and refresh the company website, ensuring it remains accurate, performant, and user-friendly.

• Implement and enhance SEO strategies across key pages and content to facilitate organic lead generation.

• Provide support for paid traffic campaigns and broader digital marketing efforts as required.

• Ongoing identification of opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance internal systems.

• Collaborate closely with the founder to minimize reliance on external agencies and strengthen in-house capabilities.

• Deliver clear and consistent updates on progress, performance, and enhancements.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with GoHighLevel.

• Practical experience with AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT) and automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, or similar).

• Strong comprehension of SEO principles.

• Experience in managing and updating WordPress websites.

• Hands-on experience using AI for content creation, system optimization, and workflow automation.

• Ability to operate independently in a remote environment with clear and professional English communication skills.
