📋 Description

• Develop, launch, and maintain AI-driven tools and automations for clients.

• Participate in discovery calls and shaping sessions to convert ambiguous business challenges into effective AI-based solutions.

• Assess client data, systems, and APIs for technical feasibility while identifying potential risks and integration challenges.

• Create functional demos for prospective clients.

• Provide technical insights for proposals and statements of work.

• Assist client teams in understanding and utilizing delivered systems through walkthroughs, training, and handover documentation.

• Establish repositories, environments, tools, and third-party accounts for new initiatives.

• Design comprehensive systems encompassing data flows, AI pipelines, human-in-the-loop steps, outputs, and user interactions.

• Make decisions between agentic approaches, deterministic pipelines, and human-in-the-loop processes.

• Write code for client systems utilizing AI development tools.

• Create prompts, system instructions, and model selections while considering accuracy, cost, latency, and privacy.

• Clean, structure, and process client data for AI systems.

• Deploy services to client cloud accounts in collaboration with the DevOps team.

• Validate AI outputs against actual client data before production and set up observability.

• Manage projects using Monday.com and adhere to task, branch, and PR conventions.

• Attend and lead technical segments of weekly client meetings.

• Submit well-structured pull requests and engage in code reviews.

• Evaluate AI outputs for failure modes, hallucinations, and edge cases.

• Fulfill delivery checklists, architecture documentation, credential handover, runbooks, walkthrough videos, and third-party account transfers.

• Contribute validated tools, workflows, templates, runbooks, evaluation methods, reusable components, and operating-model enhancements to the department.

• Frame complex and uncertain problems and formulate clear solutions.

• Ideate, create, launch, and articulate AI-driven systems.

• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders.

• Contribute innovative AI strategies, tools, workflows, templates, runbooks, evaluation techniques, and reusable components.

• Engage in ongoing R&D on AI tools, models, and frameworks.

• Participate in discovery, solution shaping, technical feasibility assessments, demos, proposals, onboarding, and client education.

• Take ownership of the technical delivery of client projects from start to finish.

• Utilize a Python-first technology stack, typically including FastAPI, Gradio, and AWS Lambda.

• Demonstrate fluency with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Anthropic API, and AI-enhanced low-code platforms.

• Design prompts, system instructions, and select appropriate models.

• Clean, structure, ingest, and process client data effectively.

• Comprehend agentic systems, deterministic pipelines, and human-in-the-loop design trade-offs.

• Deploy services to client cloud accounts using source control, commit and PR protocols, secrets management, environment configuration, and handover procedures.

• Test AI outputs for hallucinations, failure modes, and edge cases.

• Utilize Monday.com, Notion, Harvest, Slack, Fathom, and the department's Claude skill library.

• Adhere to established task, branch, PR, documentation, and delivery procedures.

• Engage in client meetings, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.

• Complete necessary project handover documentation.
