This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Identify, assess, and cultivate significant AI and automation opportunities across various business functions.
• Develop comprehensive automation roadmaps that align with Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Perform thorough process evaluations to uncover high-value use cases for artificial intelligence and automation.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions, including RPA, AI/ML workflows, and Intelligent Document Processing (ID).
• Ensure that all technical solutions are scalable, secure, sustainable, and closely aligned with overarching business goals.
• Drive quantifiable cost reductions, enhanced operational efficiency, and service improvements through focused automation efforts.
• Create solid business cases, implementing clear governance structures to monitor ROI and achieve tangible business outcomes.
• Integrate automation strategies seamlessly into larger, cross-functional enterprise transformation programs.
• Collaborate closely with business unit leaders, IT teams, and executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business strategy.
• Translate intricate technical capabilities into compelling, value-oriented business proposals for non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on intelligent automation strategies and enterprise AI implementation.
• Develop and enhance automation frameworks, operating models, governance structures, and industry best practices.
• Mentor cross-functional teams, fostering sustainable automation competencies for both internal groups and client organizations.
• Maintain a proactive awareness of emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in AI, machine learning, and digital transformation.
• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in driving intelligent automation, AI, or large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise RPA platforms (such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar) and contemporary automation ecosystems.
• Proven background in utilizing AI/ML, data analytics, and intelligent document processing within business workflows.
• Demonstrated success in executing complex automation programs within Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, or matrixed enterprise settings.
• A solid track record of delivering measurable business value, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation, with a proven ability to influence at the C-suite level.
