AI Automation Engineer – RPA, Agent Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the transition of legacy RPA solutions to agent-based architectures.

• Create and develop AI agents utilizing LangGraph, Strands, or comparable frameworks.

• Construct and implement agent workflows on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway).

• Coordinate multi-step workflows incorporating memory, state, and tool utilization.

• Integrate with enterprise systems including CRM, ATS, ERP, APIs, and databases.

• Enhance the reliability, observability, and cost-effectiveness of automation pipelines.

• Collaborate with business and product teams to pinpoint automation opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or similar fields.

• Robust background in RPA technologies (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).

• Practical experience with AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Step Functions, IAM).

• Demonstrated experience in building or working with LLM-powered agents.

• Familiarity with LangGraph, Strands, or similar orchestration frameworks.

• Strong programming abilities in Python (preferred) or JavaScript.

• Comprehensive understanding of APIs, event-driven systems, and workflow orchestration.

• Preferred certifications include: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (highly valued), AWS Certified Developer – Associate, UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent (nice to have).
