This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with business units to uncover AI and automation prospects.
• Evaluate feasibility (including viability, data, integration, ROI, and readiness) and assist in prioritizing tasks across a portfolio of ideas.
• Convert business challenges into well-defined solution designs and implementation strategies.
• Articulate recommendations in a manner that is comprehensible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Design, configure, and enhance AI-driven applications and agents (RAG, prompt design, agent workflows) for internal use and occasional client engagement.
• Leverage platforms such as Glean, Microsoft Copilot, and Snowflake Intelligence to coordinate end-to-end agent workflows (e.g., retrieval, reasoning, actions, and hand-offs).
• Establish guardrails, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks to ensure agents remain safe, reliable, and beneficial.
• Automate workflows using RPA, scripting, and low-code/no-code tools to eliminate manual, repetitive tasks from business operations.
• Integrate systems and data sources via APIs and connectors for seamless end-to-end execution.
• Manage and enhance automations over time for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop automation and AI workflows utilizing modern engineering methodologies (version control, code review, testing, CI/CD), emphasizing maintainability and reusability.
• Contribute to shared patterns, templates, and documentation that simplify the rollout of new AI agents and automations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Platform, Analytics, Operations, Sales, Delivery, Finance, IT) to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Engage in agile planning and ceremonies to maintain visibility, prioritization, and progress of work.
• Promote best practices regarding AI agents and workflow automation throughout the organization.
• Monitor and experiment with emerging AI and automation tools, proposing ideas for pilots and enhancements.
• Assist in evaluating and managing secure, governed cloud AI services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Over 3 years of professional experience in building and deploying AI-powered workflows and/or automation solutions within a business context.
• Practical experience with AI-driven tools or platforms (e.g., Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Snowflake Cortex/Intelligence, or similar) and/or in developing AI-assisted workflows.
• Proven experience in process automation (e.g., RPA, Power Automate, scripting, workflow tools) to enhance business processes.
• Experience in integrating systems through APIs and connectors, as well as working with enterprise or SaaS applications.
• Strong software or scripting background (e.g., Python preferred, or similar) sufficient for building and maintaining production-level workflows, automations, and basic services.
• Familiarity with professional software development workflows, including Git-based source control, basic branching strategies, and code review practices.
• Exposure to agile development methodologies and collaborative team settings.
• Basic experience in deploying or utilizing cloud services and APIs for AI workloads (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of evaluating business processes and identifying automation/AI opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
