AI Automation Engineer – Hubspot, Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications, workflows, and automation solutions utilizing LLMs and associated AI technologies.

• Create and maintain integrations across HubSpot, CRM platforms, EHR systems, business applications, and third-party tools through APIs and middleware solutions.

• Develop, test, and refine prompts, workflows, and AI agents.

• Configure and enhance HubSpot Marketing, Finance, Sales, Service, and CMS hubs.

• Collaborate with marketing, finance, sales, customer service, and product teams to identify automation opportunities, translating requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Generate dashboards, reports, and data models to monitor performance, assess KPIs, and produce actionable insights.

• Conduct comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of AI and integration solutions.

• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and documentation across integrated systems.

• Assess emerging AI technologies, integration tools, and automation best practices.

• Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams regarding AI, automation, and HubSpot capabilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, systems integration, marketing technology, automation, or roles related to AI.

• Extensive experience with HubSpot, including its Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and workflow automation.

• Demonstrated experience in integrating business applications using APIs, web services, and integration platforms.

• Practical experience with Large Language Models, such as OpenAI, Claude, Llama, or similar technologies.

• Background in prompt engineering and AI application development.

• Proficient programming skills in Python.

• Experience with AI, NLP, or machine learning frameworks.

• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Flowise, agent frameworks, or other AI orchestration tools.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, MLOps/LLMOps practices, and production AI deployment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• HubSpot certifications and experience in supporting SaaS, healthcare, or highly regulated environments are highly desirable.

• Availability during standard US business hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST or 8:30 AM–4:30 PM EST.
