This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Gain insights into the operations of HVAC businesses by participating in onboarding calls, shadowing Senior Office Managers, and collaborating with owners.

β€’ Document existing processes and design optimal AI-driven workflows.

β€’ Create clear specifications for automations that the system can implement.

β€’ Develop automations using the workflow builder, automation engine, and agentic tools.

β€’ Take ownership of automations in production by monitoring their execution, addressing failures, and diagnosing account-specific challenges.

β€’ Implement error handling, fallbacks, and checks to ensure dependable workflows.

β€’ Write specifications, skills, and templates to enhance system performance.

β€’ Identify recurring patterns and variations across accounts for configurable workflows.

β€’ Bring insights from the field back to the product roadmap to influence platform development.

β€’ Be accountable for outcomes related to assigned customer accounts, such as hours saved, quicker invoicing, and reduced missed tasks.

β€’ Report directly to the Co-founder.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Strong process thinking skills; ability to map complex small-business operations comprehensively and simplify them.

β€’ Experience utilizing interviews, documentation, and flowcharts to transform workflows.

β€’ Technical proficiency with AI tools and effective LLM prompting.

β€’ Experience with workflow tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n, as well as AI coding tools or scripts.

β€’ Capability to read API documentation and comprehend system integrations.

β€’ Understanding of platform capabilities and limitations, along with the ability to communicate clear requests to engineers.

β€’ Comfort leading discovery calls with business owners and Senior Office Managers, as well as presenting developed solutions.

β€’ High standards for quality, including attention to edge cases, error handling, fallbacks, and output validation.

β€’ Experience in trades or the SMB industry, familiarity with FSM platforms (HouseCall Pro, ServiceTitan, or Jobber), and/or QuickBooks or small-business bookkeeping knowledge are advantageous.

β€’ Willingness to comply with United States work authorization requirements.
