AI-Assisted Developer – Prompt Engineer, Entry-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Leverage AI tools such as Claude to:

• Create code from well-structured prompts

• Troubleshoot and enhance outputs

• Progress towards production-ready solutions

• Decompose problems into organized prompts and workflows

• Explore “vibe coding” methodologies—rapid prototyping with AI support

• Clearly document prompts, outputs, and insights

• Work alongside internal teams to grasp requirements and convert them into AI-driven solutions

• Effectively convey ideas, challenges, and solutions in both spoken and written English

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong clarity of thought with the capability to simplify complex concepts

• Fundamental programming knowledge (language agnostic—Python, JavaScript, etc.)

• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude or comparable

• Ability to craft structured prompts and refine them based on results

• Internship experience (2–3 months) in development, automation, or AI-related roles

• Experience utilizing AI tools to:

• Create small applications

• Streamline workflows

• Produce scripts or utilities

• Exposure to:

• Prompt engineering principles

• Debugging AI-generated code

• Rapid prototyping
