AI Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and implement scalable agentic solutions tailored for a variety of use cases.

• Utilize a wide range of Open Source AI technologies to develop and sustain a centralized AI platform featuring unified APIs for cross-functional team access and the development of various agent types.

• Collaborate with Product Engineers to embed AI agents into both customer-facing applications and internal tools.

• Facilitate technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to establishing the technical vision for the AI platform's roadmap.

• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Enhance the performance of AI-driven workloads across compute and storage layers by utilizing cloud-native and open-source solutions.

• Perform performance analysis and capacity planning to guarantee the scalability of the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of software engineering experience, including a minimum of 4 years focused on AI/ML platforms or infrastructure.

• Proficient programming skills in Python.

• Practical experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Understanding of MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Databricks.

• Experience working on low-code automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Copilot Studio, and similar applications.
