AI Architect – Applied AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Head AI Architect

• Design and develop the AI systems that power our generative video platform

• Create and sustain AI agent workflows and orchestration pipelines

• Collect requirements and convert them into functional AI systems in real-time

• Write, test, and continuously enhance prompts and multi-step systems

• Manage prompts and traces within Weave, and design and execute evaluations

• Determine architectural elements such as the use of agents versus workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in software engineering

• Over 2 years of experience in developing and deploying LLM-powered or agentic systems in a production environment

• Designed and delivered LLM agent systems from start to finish

• Proficient in TypeScript / JavaScript and Node.js

• Practical experience in running evaluations and tracing LLM systems

• Familiarity with Weave (Weights & Biases) or a similar tool
