AI & Analytics Consulting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with business stakeholders and client teams to comprehend operational challenges, map current business processes, and pinpoint automation opportunities.

• Spearhead comprehensive business process mapping projects utilizing BPMN methodologies and Camunda workflow orchestration tools.

• Develop deterministic process maps, delineate subprocesses, establish operational guardrails, and design scalable workflow automation solutions.

• Construct and implement AI-driven automation solutions leveraging AI automation tools and agentic AI frameworks.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to convert business issues into high-level analytics, automation, and AI solution strategies.

• Facilitate customer-facing discussions, workshops, and consulting engagements, showcasing strong communication and presentation skills.

• Deliver analytical and automation solutions to senior business audiences, emphasizing business impact, scalability, and operational efficiency improvements.

• Partake in process transformation and workflow optimization initiatives across Operations and Finance functions.

• Collaborate with globally distributed analytics, IT, and Data Engineering teams to operationalize automation and analytics solutions within enterprise systems.

• Contribute to solution design discussions by applying relevant analytical, automation, and process optimization methodologies.

• Oversee analytics and automation projects from inception to completion, including stakeholder communication, execution tracking, governance, and delivery management.

• Utilize process mining tools to assess business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose automation opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Analytics Consulting, Process Transformation, Automation, or similar roles.

• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing consulting experience is essential.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a strong command of spoken English and professional client interaction skills.

• Capability to independently engage in discussions with business users, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

• In-depth expertise in business process mapping and BPMN modeling is essential.

• Practical experience with Camunda for end-to-end process mapping and workflow orchestration is required.

• Experience with process mining tools is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with building automation solutions using AI automation platforms or agentic AI frameworks is preferred.

• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to grasp business challenges and propose practical automation solutions.

• Understanding of Operations and Finance processes is advantageous.

• Solid grasp of analytics, statistical techniques, and machine learning concepts is a plus.

• Strong project management and collaboration skills, with a track record of working across global teams.

• Practical experience with SQL, Python, or R and visualization tools like Tableau or Qlik is favored.

• Exposure to cloud and big data technologies such as Hadoop HDFS and Hive is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, MBA, or equivalent practical experience.

• Preferred: Familiarity with process mining tools and methodologies.

• Experience with automation and AI tools (RPA, IDP, OCR, NLP, ML integration).

• Understanding of API-driven and event-driven workflow design.

• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

• Data literacy and SQL proficiency, with the ability to translate process KPIs into queries and reusable views for monitoring, dashboards, and value realization.

• Exposure to programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
