AI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and business teams to design and implement AI solutions that meet specific business requirements.

• Engage in the development lifecycle from conception through user acceptance testing and deployment.

• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating the integration of AI into various business processes while ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Partner with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders and Product, Data & Technology teams, to support their AI-related technical challenges.

• Identify and articulate business problems and opportunities that can be addressed through AI solutions.

• Document these problems into a comprehensive set of business requirements, which can be expressed in user stories with suitable acceptance criteria.

• Participate in stakeholder reviews and design sessions.

• Monitor and assess the performance and impact of AI solutions, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements and optimization.

• Assist in troubleshooting production issues as they arise, serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and the AI development team.

• Document and communicate the outcomes and findings of AI projects to relevant stakeholders and audiences.

• Foster strong communications, partnerships, and stakeholder management with senior leaders, functional managers, and staff.

• Provide data, reports, and information to management as required.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements and innovations in artificial intelligence and related fields.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of relevant data analyst experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or similar technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Python for analysis and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in other programming languages, including Java, R, or Scala.

• Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, AWS, Azure, or similar.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Expertise in gathering requirements from the business and translating them into user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria.

• Knowledge of the Gherkin method.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and changing expectations.

• Problem solver who can work collaboratively towards solutions.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
