AI Agent Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for agent assistance and develop them accordingly

• Collaborate with department leaders to evaluate AI requirements

• Facilitate connections between agents and relevant third-party as well as internal tools

• Assess outcomes and eliminate agents that fail to perform

• Experiment with new tools and models upon release and adopt effective solutions

• Provide guidance on AI capabilities to enhance team performance

• Establish, operate, and oversee a team of AI agents to accelerate innovation, enhance performance, and better serve customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing autonomous agents that contribute significantly

• Proficient with Grok, Claude, OpenAI, and open-source technologies

• Comfortable working with Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, and GCP

• Exceptional written communication skills in English
