This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Continue advancing and enhancing current AI and analytics solutions developed on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Construct and refine Power BI semantic models for reporting, analytics, and AI applications.
• Create interactive Power BI reports and dashboards featuring slicers, filters, visuals, and user-friendly reporting experiences.
• Organize, structure, and optimize enterprise data for AI agents and generative AI applications.
• Build, configure, and enhance Microsoft Fabric Data Agents.
• Develop and conduct evaluations for Fabric Data Agents to assess accuracy, relevance, and performance.
• Structure semantic models and the underlying data for AI-driven queries and insights.
• Diagnose and enhance existing Fabric, Power BI, and AI Agent implementations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable solutions.
• Assist with data ingestion, pipelines, notebooks, and data transformation when new data sources or modifications are necessary.
• Revise existing data architecture and supporting components as required.
• Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI development.
• Experience in designing and constructing Power BI semantic models.
• Strong background in developing Power BI reports, dashboards, slicers, and visualizations.
• Experience in preparing and modeling data for AI/GenAI applications.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Agents.
• Knowledge of AI agent evaluation, testing, and performance optimization.
• Comprehensive understanding of data modeling, relationships, measures, and analytics concepts.
• Capability to operate within an existing environment, comprehend prior developments, and independently continue the development process.
• Preferred: Experience with Fabric Data Factory/data pipelines.
• Preferred: Experience in developing and maintaining Fabric notebooks.
• Preferred: Experience with data ingestion and transformation within Microsoft Fabric.
• Preferred: Familiarity with OneLake, Lakehouse, and/or Warehouse architectures.
• Preferred: Proficiency in SQL, DAX, Power Query/M, and Python.
• Preferred: Experience integrating structured enterprise data with AI agents, copilots, or other GenAI solutions.
