• Lead a thorough audit of workflows among teams, pinpointing significant inefficiencies and formulating an AI adoption roadmap with defined priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Design and manage the organization's AI training strategy — encompassing materials, best practice guides, and workshops — to ensure impactful and sustained adoption of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and others.
• Identify prospects for custom plugins, automations, and integrations; collaborate with the tech team to define, prioritize, and implement solutions that meet genuine organizational needs.
• Act as the internal AI authority for the organization — keeping track of the evolving landscape, synthesizing relevant information, and translating it into actionable recommendations for leadership and teams.
• Develop frameworks and governance structures that promote responsible, secure, and consistent use of AI throughout the organization.
• Influence without direct authority: align stakeholders at all levels around AI initiatives and foster support for change.
• Proven experience in leading AI adoption, workflow transformation, or change management initiatives within an organization.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities: capable of assessing organizational needs, establishing priorities, and creating a roadmap — rather than merely executing tasks.
• Demonstrated success in training and upskilling teams on tools or skills, yielding measurable results.
• Extensive understanding of how engineering, product, and operations teams function — and the credibility to collaborate with each group.
• Outstanding communicator: comfortable presenting to executives and facilitating hands-on sessions with individual contributors.
• Proven expertise in current AI tooling capabilities - including agentic workflows, MCPs, custom agents and skills, computer use, and other evolving AI tools.
• Authentic and informed enthusiasm for AI — staying updated in the field, forming independent opinions, and navigating through the hype.
• Experience implementing a new tool, workflow, or capability for 20 or more individuals across various functions (Preferred).
• Background in program or project management within a cross-functional environment (Preferred).
• Experience in developing governance or enablement frameworks around emerging technology (Preferred).
• Full-time employment through November 2026.
