πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead a thorough audit of workflows among teams, pinpointing significant inefficiencies and formulating an AI adoption roadmap with defined priorities and measurable outcomes.

β€’ Design and manage the organization's AI training strategy β€” encompassing materials, best practice guides, and workshops β€” to ensure impactful and sustained adoption of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and others.

β€’ Identify prospects for custom plugins, automations, and integrations; collaborate with the tech team to define, prioritize, and implement solutions that meet genuine organizational needs.

β€’ Act as the internal AI authority for the organization β€” keeping track of the evolving landscape, synthesizing relevant information, and translating it into actionable recommendations for leadership and teams.

β€’ Develop frameworks and governance structures that promote responsible, secure, and consistent use of AI throughout the organization.

β€’ Influence without direct authority: align stakeholders at all levels around AI initiatives and foster support for change.

⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in leading AI adoption, workflow transformation, or change management initiatives within an organization.

β€’ Strong strategic thinking abilities: capable of assessing organizational needs, establishing priorities, and creating a roadmap β€” rather than merely executing tasks.

β€’ Demonstrated success in training and upskilling teams on tools or skills, yielding measurable results.

β€’ Extensive understanding of how engineering, product, and operations teams function β€” and the credibility to collaborate with each group.

β€’ Outstanding communicator: comfortable presenting to executives and facilitating hands-on sessions with individual contributors.

β€’ Proven expertise in current AI tooling capabilities - including agentic workflows, MCPs, custom agents and skills, computer use, and other evolving AI tools.

β€’ Authentic and informed enthusiasm for AI β€” staying updated in the field, forming independent opinions, and navigating through the hype.

β€’ Experience implementing a new tool, workflow, or capability for 20 or more individuals across various functions (Preferred).

β€’ Background in program or project management within a cross-functional environment (Preferred).

β€’ Experience in developing governance or enablement frameworks around emerging technology (Preferred).

🏝️ Benefits

β€’ Full-time employment through November 2026.

β€’ Health insurance covered at 90% for full-time employees; Dental and Vision options available.

β€’ Flexible PTO and sick leave.

β€’ 401(k) plan with company contributions.
