AI Adoption Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the effective implementation, scaling, and long-term utilization of AI capabilities throughout the organization.

• Empower teams, minimize obstacles, foster advocacy networks, and assess adoption rates.

• Create and implement programs that assist departments in comprehending, adopting, and efficiently utilizing AI capabilities.

• Lead training and enablement initiatives that enhance understanding and application of AI tools and workflows.

• Establish, manage, and expand a network of champions that accelerates adoption and disseminates best practices.

• Evaluate usage and identify challenges to effectively and sustainably scale adoption.

• Monitor adoption metrics and success indicators across the organization.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the usability and overall experience of AI-driven tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Product, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in leading initiatives for adoption, enablement, training, commercialization, or change management at scale.

• Proficient hands-on experience with contemporary AI tools and generative AI assistants (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot).

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and community-building abilities.

• Strong communication skills with the capability to articulate technical AI functionalities in terms of business value.

• Experience working in cross-functional environments and achieving measurable results through continuous improvement is highly preferred.

• Previous experience in promoting or scaling the adoption of AI tools within an organization is a significant advantage.
