• Collaborate with the InnerPlant team to enhance product visibility.
• Responsible for meeting sales goals within your designated area.
• Encourage farmer enrollment in CropVoice by engaging directly with farmers, retailers, and seed dealers to educate and generate enthusiasm.
• Utilize your existing network to boost awareness of CropVoice and drive sales.
• Leverage a solid agronomic background to articulate the advantages of CropVoice.
• Assist with local field operations, including setting up plot networks and conducting scouting activities.
• A bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, or a related discipline.
• A strong agronomic background is essential; familiarity with crop disease management, fungicide applications, and agronomic decision-making, particularly for soybeans and corn.
• Certification as a Crop Advisor (CCA) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in agricultural sales, retail, or a customer-facing agronomy position.
• Demonstrated ability or clear motivation to prospect, make cold calls, and develop a business portfolio from the ground up, for both channel partners and farmers.
• Capability to work outdoors in summer field conditions for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• The base salary range for this position in the US is $80,000 - $115,000, along with a short-term incentive plan and benefits.
